This is an exciting new opportunity for a senior lawyer to work at a dynamic US software company and contribute to the business at a key stage in the development of the Japanese entity. You will work closely with the COO and be responsible for a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

求める能力・経験

PQE 5-8 years of relevant work experience (IT industry) in an international setting at a US/EU company Law degree from a renowned university Reading/writing skills in both Japanese and English at a high proficiency level Attorney qualification preferred
