仕事内容

Our client is expanding its Investment division and they are looking to hire a deal manager. At the moment our client is focusing mostly on Residential Assets and investing a long a core plus/Value added strategy. The position would focus on Acquisitions and would cover the entire deal process.

求める能力・経験

Our client will require at least 3 years in Real Estate investment The ability to be creative with deals and identify the appropriate life cycle of the deal during acquisition is key. As is the ability to see where value can be added to the deal to achieve required returns. English NOT required.
