仕事内容

The position provides leadership, direction and management to Clinical Operations staff in the assigned area. Provides training, consultation and oversees metric compliance and quality related to operating activities of assigned staff to ensure project deliverables are met.

求める能力・経験

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in clinical research which includes at least 3 years project management. Extensive knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirement Strong leadership, tactical and strategic thinking skills.
