仕事内容

- Develop and implement strategies for Japan's Personal Care business, focusing on key accounts to meet sales and profit objectives. - Lead and motivate the sales team (4 people) and channels through training and support to drive product growth, identify new opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams (ADE, R&D) to launch innovative products that meet local market trends and customer needs. - Analyze market competition and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic environment.

求める能力・経験

Minimum: - Strategic leader with regional experience in the Personal Care industry, driving growth through innovation. - 7+ years in Personal Care with customer networking and formulation expertise. - Skilled in talent development: hiring, coaching, and motivating teams. - Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal abilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biochemical, or Cosmetics preferred. - Fluent in English and willing to travel frequently. Preferred: - Familiarity with silicone or natural products; MBA or relevant advanced studies preferred.
