仕事内容

As a Process Improvement Lead you are expected to handle deviations and all the other quality incidents that happen on the shop floor and act as a solid bridge between Production and KFA QA. You will also drive the optimization journey in KFA shop floor together with KFA production management and other key functions within KFA while closely collaborating with other parts of global Product Supply for process standardization representing KFA.

求める能力・経験

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mathematics, Statistics, Pharmaceuticals, Technology, Project Management, or any other relevant fields. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working in in Production, Manufacturing, or Operations environment (pharma companies preferred), delivering process improvements or change management. Be a strong logical thinker with both right quality mindset and basic statistic competency. Business-level in English and Japanese (writing and speaking) are required.
