仕事内容

 The Head of sales is directly responsible for profitably building sales volume within Japan. This position prospects for new business and supports current sales volume with existing customer.  Represent company to current and prospective customers by effectively building and/or maintaining the best relationships and strong mutually beneficial partnerships.  Collaborate with Marketing team in continued development and enhancement of new products and services to situate the company in competitive position.  Collaborate with Marketing team on messaging and promotional activities to meet product and company strategy  Drive the performance management process to identify and correct gaps in sales execution and team member experience. Determine the key priorities for focused improvement of strategies, tactics and best practices.  Develop and effectively manage the annual sales budget.  Define optimal sales force structure/processes to meet business objectives.  Work collaboratively across functional teams - including Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, HR and Operation.  Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to appropriate function lead.  Train and develop team members  Continuous improvement, leading to better quality and efficiencies of work across functions  Retain and attract new talent to continuously build a high-performance team  Build strong incentive frameworks and Celebrate success to motivate further achievement.

求める能力・経験

 Bachelor’s Degree or higher, ideally in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration or related field required.  Experienced Sales Director/Manager who has managed managers with a broad base.  Minimum 7 to 10 years of sales experience in an executive level position such as a Sales Director, a Marketing Director or similar role.  People management experience (20+ subordinates)  Business level English communication ability (Written and verbal)
