仕事内容

Job Description VP is involved in all aspects of the investment processes: deal origination, modelling, due diligence, execution, value up and exit. VP has a broad personal business network ready to facilitate potential investment opportunities and has extensive experience working with banks and deal auctions. VP helps senior members to prepare the deals for investment committee, is reposonsible for liaison with 3rd parties such as consulting firms and is capable of supervising associates. Leading international Private Equity firm is looking for a VP/Principal for the investment team.

求める能力・経験

・Prior experience in PE industry ・MBA from a top tier university (preferred) ・Strong M&A and deal execution experience from a top investment bank and private equity/venture capital firm ・Outstanding financial modeling and analytical skills ・Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and capital structure ・Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (near perfect Japanese and strong English skill (both in writing and in speaking) ・Appetite to become a subject matter expert in broad and diverse industries ・Strong sense of perseverance and commitment
