仕事内容

ヨーロッパ最大手の金融機関の東京コンプライアンス本部においてシニア・レベルのコンプライアンス・オフィサー（株式担当）を募集いたします。 英語力は日常会話レベルで応募可能です。 役職 Senior Financial Markets Business Advisory (Global Equities Coverage) 職務内容 Advisory-Related Responsibilities within the operational perimeter １． Provide advice to the Financial Markets perimeter on Compliance issues ２． Support the Co-Head of MI Domain and Financial Markets Advisory Compliance and other team members about the business areas covered by the team but are 　 not mentioned in the above point ３． Work closely with Global Banking Advisory Compliance officers when necessary and take a role from the perspective of Shoken Compliance for transversal situations across Shoken and Ginko ４． Work closely with Compliance Domain Responsible Officers locally (who are handling transversal topics) when necessary ５． Ensure consistency of decisions and operating models through close cooperation with other Compliance officers and business lines ６． Provide training sessions to the teams including both front office and functions of the relevant operational perimeter regarding rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within the operational perimeter ７． Ensure high-level regulatory watch, update internal policies and procedures according to changes in rules and regulations, and coordinate with the Regional and local functions (e.g. Legal, RISK, local COO), to anticipate new regulations and contribute to adapting the Bank’s control framework accordingly ８． Participate in communication with regulators, including inspectors, and participate in regulator relations (e.g. contribute to written answers to specific requests, etc.) when necessary, and provide timely and accurate regulatory submissions ９． Contribute to control plans (including regulatory controls, support businesses in 　 FSA, etc. controls) as applicable

応募資格 １．証券会社での5年以上のコンプライアンス経験 ２．３年以上の株式担当 ３．日常会話レベルの英語力
