仕事内容

As the Plant Head, you will take on a highly influential role, steering the Factory towards new heights of operational success. Your responsibilities will span from overseeing daily production activities to strategically managing a workforce of approximately 250 employees. The ultimate goal is to ensure the seamless operation of our manufacturing plant while achieving our business objectives.

求める能力・経験

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Japanese (Native or Business level) - Exhibit expertise in Lean production methods such as Kaizen, Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, and Kanban. - Showcase strong process thinking, innovative problem-solving, and a solution-oriented approach. - Bring experience in group work, shift operations, project management, and injection molding. - Possess robust leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse departments.
