Department Overview We are a fashion-focused e-commerce platform that operates as a direct sales business. Our company selects and purchases brands and products independently, managing marketing, sales, shipping, and customer support. Our site curates products from Japan's leading select stores and brands, emphasizing popular and well-known names such as nano・universe, URBAN RESEARCH, BEAMS, snidel, and GLOBAL WORK. In recent years, we have also seen a rise in the number of international brands. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the expansion phase of one of the fastest-growing businesses in the industry, witnessing the impact of your work on both the market and society while developing alongside the business. Position: Why We Hire As consumer lifestyles evolve post-COVID-19, apparel industry companies are increasingly focusing on e-commerce, placing strong expectations on our Fashion EC business. We are making substantial investments in Fashion EC to drive significant success in our mid-term strategy. In this context, we are seeking a dedicated professional to strengthen our merchandising team. This individual will serve as a business partner who can achieve not only sales targets post-launch but also various other goals set by the brand. Position Details Sales Strategy Development: Meet sales budgets for assigned brands by formulating promotional and advertising strategies, negotiating with brands regarding promotions, and conducting PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles based on the established strategies. Product Line Expansion: Decide on and implement strategies to expand product lines and optimize stock levels.
