Role Purpose: 1.Aim to position Boehringer Ingelheim as a company with values and a distinctive profile against our major target groups, media, general public, patients, job seekers and our employees. 2.Strengthen the company reputation in accordance with the company’s key statement/topics/projects externally and internally. 3.Support senior leaders to increase employee engagement & commitment and fosters company’s culture.

求める能力・経験

<must-have> ・Work experience in the pharmaceutical / life science industry ・5+ years of experience in the Communications field ・Strong track record in Corporate Communication and/or Internal Communication Leading development and implementation of Communication Strategy (Press releases, press interviews, press conferences, internal messages, digital tools etc.) ・Strong Project Management Skill
