仕事内容

This position in the Business Excellence team focuses on Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) to optimize performance across business units. This role involves designing, proposing, and managing Sales Force Incentives (SFI) and organizational structure aligned with strategic business objectives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with department leaders in Business, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Compliance to tailor sales incentives and organizational strategies to maximize business contributions. The role also requires cascading changes and SFI plans to field teams, managing sales team awards, overseeing vendor calculation of sales metrics, and ensuring compliance in incentive and structural changes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the SFE team to achieve objectives, support team development, and manage associated risks. Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to design and propose sales structures and incentive schemes. Oversee SFI implementation in the field, manage global/local awards for sales teams, and work with vendors for accurate reporting. Ensure compliance and monitor incentive schemes and organizational adjustments. Requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Experience in team leadership, direct customer-facing roles, and the medical industry. Data management, analysis skills, and a governance mindset. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or Medicine), Japanese fluency, and basic English proficiency (business-level English preferred).
