仕事内容

- Provide support to the development of the technical portion of the WTG package requirements including technical specifications and support supply chain and OEM engagement. - Work closely with the EDFR QA/QC team to define test and inspection requirements. - Have understanding of the Japanese technical standards regarding WTG for offshore wind farms and market specificalities. - Lead the discussion with OEM, partner and certification body. - Lead the WTG technical aspect of the bid preparation and support other technical aspects related to his / her work. - Support with drafting of RfP and ITT documentation for WTG supply and WTG installation work. - Provide bid documents related to WTG and other relevant areas. - Lead technical verification of EPCI and OEM engineering including design reviews for certification, construction, inspection, HSE assessment and testing requirements considering Japanese regulations.

求める能力・経験

Have some of experience in the offshore industry and experience with WTG or similar. - Have experience and knowledge of the WTG and project certification by international and Japanese standards. - Being able to manage OEM, external consultants, support EPC discussions, and supply chain, primarily from the technical perspective with enough understanding of contractual and budget constraints. - Being able to read Japanese technical documents written in Japanese and discuss design topics with certification bodies or Japanese designers in Japanese.
