Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務 To define the communication strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time. ・Build the brand image, develop visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time ・Build and implement a 360° external communication strategy (O+O) in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the entity : ・Develop a communication plan with Brand Director & Stakeholders, validated by LP Director ・Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, brand events…., and monitor KPI and ROI ・Manage media relations (consumer & professional / trade) , including new media relations and new channel ・Build a media-mapping: identify the relevant role-players for the brand ・Manage Public Relations: spokesperson, ambassadors, macro & micro influencers, professional hairdressers… ・Develop the brand image and visibility locally: Adapt locally the corporate positioning of the Brand (philanthropy, sponsoring…) and develop local initiatives in line with the international strategy ・Manage internal communication for the Brand & Build an internal communication plan in line with the external plan ・Well manage venders for executing Communication actions.
Must Have Aspects 必須項目 More than 10 years professional experiences and 5 years Communication/PR experiences both Online and Offline. Knowledge & network with both Traditional & Digital media Excellent communication skill with frequent Business English Good collaborator and influencer to gain buy-in of stakeholders and mobilize other teams Has skill, mindset and flexible to manage jobs hands-on.
