仕事内容

Build and lead a team of Japan R&D program managers who drive development of assets within any of the Oncology, Neurology, Immunology, and Fertility Therapeutic Areas. The development phases span from early development through LCM. You are a full and proactive member of the Global Program Management Leadership and Japan R&D Leadership teams, thereby integrating the global functional and local cross-functional business needs, not only within R&D but also beyond R&D.

• Leadership of Program Management Japan team • Build, lead, and inspire the PM Japan team to achieve strategic goals and objectives of respective development programs • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the PM team
