* Schedule and execute owned media (eDM/ app push) and on-app announcements aligned with priority of company-wide action and promotions. • Reporting dashboards and analyzing customer data and to develop strategies. • Contribute to the development and execution of promotional plans aimed at increasing membership growth, driving member sales, and enhancing member satisfaction.

求める能力・経験

• Develop and implement customer journeys for e-mails/ app pushes based on data analysis. • Liaise with retail team to provide necessary information to improve shop actions.
