仕事内容

 Develop reinsurance strategies and solutions with internal and external partners to achieve financial objectives, optimize capital efficiency, and manage risks.  Coordinate and oversee structuring and negotiation of new reinsurance transactions.  Coordinate and develop appropriate reinsurance solutions for new insurance products to optimize capital efficiency and manage risks.

求める能力・経験

Life Insurance experience or comparable financial industry experience Working experience in the insurance or finance fields for 10 years (or enough time to understand the dynamics of an insurance company balance sheet under Japanese accounting standards. Skills: Ability to drive a business proposal from idea formulation to implementation. Negotiation skills Business writing skills, presentation skills Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint Qualifications: Actuarial skills at Fellowship level Language Japanese: native proficiency English: fluent proficiency.
