仕事内容

Job Summary This role requires fluency in Japanese. The position supports the property's sales efforts across various market segments—such as group, transient, association, and corporate—and contributes to the execution of strategic sales initiatives. The goal is to meet segment-specific revenue targets, overall property revenue objectives, and maintain high levels of guest and employee satisfaction. The role involves daily sales activities with a strong focus on building long-term, value-oriented client relationships that drive business growth. Individual booking targets must also be met.

求める能力・経験

Education and Experience Requirements: Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related professional role OR Bachelor’s degree in one of the above fields, plus at least 1 year of relevant experience
