仕事内容

Engage in the planning, development, and management of human resource training programs for our employees.
－Planning and development training Program based on training needs
－ Vendor relationship management 
－ Training Program delivering （selection and development of lecturers, pre and post training evaluations for participants, etc.）
－ Monitoring and in charge of the implementation of training program
－ Planning and introduction of policies to promote training program
－ Management of Human Resource Development Department’s budget and resources
－ Improve the communication with stakeholders
－ Result checking post-training

大学卒業以上
