仕事内容

Design our marketing assets for the Japanese-speaking markets: landing pages, visuals for social media, blog posts, marketing campaigns, newsletters/emails, banners, presentations, information material for users and partners
Define the design tone and local brand identity for the Japanese-speaking markets
Act as the brand leader and ensure your visual guidelines are implemented
Use analytics to optimize the impact of your work
Partner with our various stakeholders (Marketing, PR, developers etc.) to gather information, understand the end goals, and strategize communication approaches

必要な経験・能力

A creative designer with 2+ years of experience in a Japanese professional design environment. You’re proficient in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite. You have a rich portfolio demonstrating your talent as well as your way of thinking and design processes. You fully understand the local market web & social trends across multiple channels.

You’re highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese with exceptional communication skills. You also have a business level of spoken and written English.

You also have great communication and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you have prior knowledge of UX and After Effects - that’s a huge advantage!
