仕事内容

The Fund Services Operation Services Delivery (OSD)/ Client Reporting Team deliver a range of services to institutional investors based around the Asian region. The team takes direct responsibility for the production and delivery of client reporting and related accounting/portfolio information. The OSD team are responsible for the day-to-day service management of clients; ensuring queries are answered, problems are resolved and issues are escalated. As the point of escalation for the clients, a broad knowledge of fund accounting is required together with sound experience of managing clients.

Your key responsibilities will include: 
・Represent us as operational contact for client(s) across fund services products and support of new/ incremental business onboarding. Own the end-to-end service delivery, including tracking of quality/ timeliness of client deliverables, resolution of client queries, providing service review and client training, and maintaining service level document (SLD) with client(s) on regular basis. Conduct on-going review to identify and implement process improvements to achieve higher degree of quality, efficiency, and risk management controls.
・Manage/resolve delivery issues and ensure timely communication to client(s) in conjunction with client services teams. Provide appropriate escalation of all issues, service updates and progress updates for the client to Management and internal stakeholders
・Manage client change requests in partnership with client, client services, product, product development through the life-cycle of the request
・Build effective working relationship with client(s) and relevant external parties (e.g. Trustee, 3rd party Fund Manager, Auditor) to support seamless interactions and escalation

必要な経験・能力

To be successful you will need: 
・University graduate with major in Finance/Accounting/ Computer Science/ Mathematics preferred
・6+ years of experience in financial institutions especially Fund Services; Hands-on experience in Private Equity and Offshore Fund Administration services experience is a strong advantage
・4+ years of experience in client-facing and team management roles preferred
・Fluency in written & spoken English; Japanese language skills both written and spoken skills is a strong advantage
・Highly motivated, end-to-end ownership, execution driven and able to drive decision making
・Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and negotiate for results
