仕事内容

Responsible for maintaining Hotel's brand and standards through training initiatives and programs for all employees. Working across all departments, the individual is responsible for various aspects of the employee life cycle, including selection, on-boarding, training & development, and coaching. CORE FOCUS and ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct effective brand induction and orientation sessions. - Liaise with corporate team on cultural initiatives, style guides, brand information, standards - Work with the Director of HR and Finance to develop an annual HR Training budget. - Work with the General Manager and Director of HR to develop training to nurture a team that understands and meets standards and balances Japanese expectations and cultural differences. - Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers. - Draw an overall or individualized training and development plans that address needs and expectations. - Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them. - Conduct community outreach and open interviews to recruit and hire new talent. - Maintain, train, audit and collaborate on creating hotel standards of product and service. - Create and upkeep internal brand guidelines for all departments to understand what "looks and feels" like. - Work with department heads in developing & implementing staff training guides, provide Department Heads with background on standards and expectations. - Implement training strategy initiatives to reinforce brand standards, values, and expectations in conjunction with the General Manager. - Develop and lead staff and management training sessions. - Develop community and educational outreach programs. Work with the local community to support the Hotel HR strategy. - Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
